Museum Collection
Since the Riga Ghetto and Latvian Holocaust Museum was opened in 2010, it soon started to receive gifts for the Museum collection.
Later, the Museum collection was divided into the different categories:

Personalized collections
In this collection category items and personal belongings of Holocaust survivors or Holocaust victims are preserved with the stories
Prewar Jewish Community
In this category are summarized different collections on the topic "Prewar Jewish life" with items made of different materials: photos, posters, documents, letters, banners etc.
Religious Jewish Life
Separately the items reflecting the prewar Jewish religious life in Latvia are collected: including historically valuable works of Latvian rabbies, belongings and items from Jewish ritual life.
Art Collections
In this category are preserved artpieces received as gifts from diferent artists. These works are reflecting Holocaust, Jewish history, tradition and values.
